How to post a warning

Hello managers!

This is the place where you have to post if you have warned someone of our clan members.
Please read the Rules for more details.

When you warn someone for the first time, you need to send this message to the warned person:

Hello, %name%.

You have been warned for %warning%.
This is your first warning. The second warning will result into a kick out of Pwning Society.

Please read the [url=http://psclan.ugpserver.de/index.php?topic=16.0]PS Clan Rules[/url] again.

You still have a chance to get unwarned. When we see that your behavior has been changed in 1 month, then we will think about removing your warning.

If you have warned someone for the second time, the message should look like this:

Hello %name%.

You have been warned for %warning%.
This is your second warning. Therefore, you will get kicked out of Pwning Society.

If you want to join Pwning Society again, you have to wait for 2 months before applying again.
We will consider it as a [b]YES[/b] if you've changed enough to join Pwning Society again.

Also your forum account will be reset.

The actions you should take after the message are:
- Remove from memberlist (both topic and mini memberlist).
- Reset account. Set status to Visitor.



When you've warned someone you have 2 options.

1. Checking for another warning:
The first thing you need to do is checking if the player has already got a warning. You can use the search engine to do that.
If the player has already got a warning, then please reply to the existing topic.

2. Making a new topic:
If the player did not get a warning yet, you need to make a new topic.

In both cases your warning should look like this:


Warned for:
(The given warning and the same warning should be in the pm)
Warned on:
(The date when the player received his warning)


Please don't comment on the warnings. This will help to keep the topic organised.



When a warned member behaved well in the month after his warning, we will discuss about removing the warn for this player.

When we're about to remove the warn, you should send this player a message.
