How do I post a complaint?

Hello, PS forum member!
If you have any complaint towards another PS member, please keep in mind the following rules.

• Don't report someone for any small mistake or just worthless crap.


• Never lie or false witness to make someone or something look bad or make you look better.


• Don't flame/swear/insult anyone by complaining him. Still show some respect, even if you don't like him.


• You should always be able to prove your complaints.
